How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery and secure online payment options available at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Can you ship orders all over Pakistan?
Yes, we ship orders all over Pakistan.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We offer very next day delivery in Lahore and it takes 3–4 working days to deliver in other cities.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges for standard orders are Rs. 199.
RETURNS & SUPPORT
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery for unopened, sealed and undamaged products in original packing. Record a video before opening the parcel to claim any damage or missing product.
